      阐述研究生教育学学科生成的科学性，股权激励，提出学科属性是区别研究生教育学同其它学科不同的关键。通过对研究生教育学学科属性不同角度的比较发现：研究生教育学是其教育学母系学科下的二级学科，是一门实践性极强的软学科，是正在走向成熟的前学科。研究生教育学应保持学科自信与学科信仰，深化基本理论研究，以正确范式引导学科建设。  
英文摘要:  
      This paper expounds the scientificity of the formation of the postgraduate pedagogy, and puts forward that discipline attribute is the key to distinguish postgraduate pedagogy from other disciplines. By comparing the results of observation on the discipline attribute of the postgraduate pedagogy from different viewpoints, the author concludes that postgraduate pedagogy is a secondary discipline of the "mother" pedagogy, a soft principle highly practical, and a front-line discipline in maturing. The author proposes that people in postgraduate pedagogy should keep self-confidence and self-respect, deepen basic theoretical studies and guide the discipline development with correct paradigms.
